My name is Wernher Sabaté, and I’m the owner of Wealthy Renovations LTD. I came to Canada from the Philippines at a young age and was raised by a single mother in government housing. Growing up, I learned early the value of hard work, sacrifice, and making the most out of every opportunity.
I started working in exterior renovations when I was 20 years old and fell in love with the trade. Over the years, that skill became more than just work — it became a way to build a future for myself and support the people around me.

= “Wealthy”
It has nothing to do with money or being rich. Growing up, my mom had a small side business called “Wealthy Relaxation Therapy,” and the name came from combining my sisters’ and my names together. When I started my company, it felt natural to continue it as a tribute to my mom and everything she sacrificed for us growing up.
That family mentality is a big part of how I run my company today. The people I work with are more than just workers — they’re like family. I want customers to feel that same honesty, trust, and care through the work we do on their homes.
Today, Wealthy Renovations LTD. is built on pride, craftsmanship, and purpose. Every project is an opportunity to improve a family’s home and create something that will last for years.

View our Google reviewsI highly recommend Wealthy Renovations Ltd. They installed an eavestrough on my patio ceiling to solve the issue of water dripping from the air conditioner of the tenant above me. The company responded very quickly, completed the work efficiently, and did a great quality job.
Had all my eavestrough replaced in two days! Very surprised with not only the quality but speed of the job. I got a quote from two other contractors for the same work and Wealthy also offered the lowest price. Recommended them to my neighbour who was also having some of the same issues I ran into with my old trough. Couldn’t recommend them enough if you need exterior work 👍
I contracted Wealthy Renovations to do some exterior upgrades and Wernher and his crew were very professional. From start to finish, the project was executed diligently and I was regularly updated on the project’s progress and decisions. The installation of materials was done meticulously with attention to every detail. The customization of the trim work looks amazing and I love the new and modern flare! The team was a pleasure to work with and respectful of my property, leaving it clean and safe when finished. Well done! If you are looking for a reliable contractor, I highly recommend Wealthy Renovations Ltd.

Rain or shine the job was done no matter what. We were very impressed how efficient and fast the installation took. No more worries about leaks and gutter debris. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend their services.
Amazing group of guys! We're professionals all the way through, and it showed through the work. Couldn't be happier with the job this company has done for me. Will absolutely be a life long customer. Very transparent with the material and work they were using/doing, even got the chance to watch how everything was rolled out with the eavestrough. Felt as though I was apart of the experience not just there for the final product. highly recommend!
We just finished a full exterior renovation on our house and we couldn't be happier with the results! Wernher and his team was incredibly professional, easy to communicate with, and really paid attention to the little details. Our house looks completely transformed and has amazing curb appeal. Highly recommend them for any exterior work!
We recently had our eavestroughs and downspouts updated, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Wernher and his crew took the time to assess our property and recommend better downspout locations to improve drainage and protect our home. He was flexible and worked around our schedule, making the entire process easy and stress-free. What really stood out was how informative he was. He took the time to explain soffit ventilation in a way that was easy to understand and provided helpful advice on siding options that would work best for our home and budget. The crews knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were excellent. The finished work looks great, and we're very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend!
We hired Wealthy Renovations to replace the soffit, fascia, and eavestrough on our home and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. From the start they walked us through the whole process no confusing jargon, just straight answers. The work was clean, done on time, and the difference is night and day. You can tell they actually care about doing the job right. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for quality work and a team that communicates well.
Very happy with the wonderful job done on my patio roof soffits, fascia and eavestrough. It was a more complicated roof but they did great work.

Answers to the questions homeowners ask us most. Still not sure? Get in touch and we’ll walk you through it.
Every project is different and depends on the size and scope of the work. A smaller eavestrough project on a bungalow may only take half a day or a full day, while larger homes or projects involving soffit, fascia, or siding will take longer. Siding installations typically require more time due to the preparation, trim work, and attention to detail involved. During your estimate, we’ll provide a realistic timeline so you know exactly what to expect.
No, you don’t need to be home while we’re working. As long as we have access to electricity to run our equipment, we can complete most projects without you being there. If anything unexpected comes up, we’ll contact you right away. We’re also happy to work around your schedule if you’d prefer to be home during the installation.
Signs that it’s time to replace your eavestroughs include sagging or pulling away from the home, cracks or holes, rust or corrosion, leaking seams, overflowing during rain, water pooling near your foundation, peeling paint, or water damage to your siding or fascia. Replacing a failing system early helps protect your home’s foundation, roof edge, and exterior from costly water damage.
It depends on your home’s roof size, roof pitch, and how much water needs to be managed. A 5-inch seamless eavestrough works well for many homes, while a 6-inch system provides greater water capacity and is ideal for larger roofs, steeper rooflines, or homes surrounded by mature trees. During your estimate, we’ll recommend the best option for your home.
Common signs include leaking corners or seams, sagging sections, rust, cracks, water overflowing during rainfall, standing water near the foundation, and gutters pulling away from the house. Ignoring these issues can eventually lead to damage to your siding, fascia, foundation, and landscaping.
The number of downspouts depends on your roof size, roof design, and where water naturally collects. Our goal is to move water away from your home efficiently while keeping the installation clean and visually appealing. Every house is different, so we’ll determine the proper number and placement during your estimate.
Yes. Seamless eavestroughs have fewer joints, which means fewer opportunities for leaks. They’re custom-made on-site to fit your home perfectly, provide a cleaner appearance, and generally require less maintenance than sectional gutters.
If your home has nearby trees or you find yourself cleaning your gutters regularly, leaf guards are a great investment. They help keep leaves and debris out of your eavestroughs, improve water flow, and reduce the amount of maintenance required throughout the year.
Soffit and fascia work together to protect your home. Soffit allows fresh air to circulate through your attic, helping reduce moisture buildup and improve ventilation. Fascia protects the roof edge and provides a secure mounting surface for your eavestrough system. Together, they improve both the appearance and performance of your home’s exterior.
You should consider replacing your soffit and fascia if you notice rot, peeling paint, sagging sections, pest damage, water stains, or visible deterioration. During replacement, we’re also able to inspect the wood behind the aluminum. If we discover any rotten fascia boards or other hidden damage, we’ll discuss the repairs with you before moving forward so your home is properly protected.
Proper soffit ventilation helps your attic breathe by allowing fresh air to circulate. This reduces heat buildup during the summer, minimizes moisture and condensation, helps prevent mould growth, and can reduce the risk of ice damming during the winter. Good ventilation helps extend the life of your roof and improves your home’s overall energy efficiency.
Absolutely. New soffit and fascia give your home a clean, finished appearance while protecting the roof edge from weather and moisture. Since they’re available in many colours, they’re one of the easiest ways to refresh your home’s curb appeal.
Signs include cracked or broken panels, warping, fading, loose siding, water damage, mould, higher energy bills, or needing frequent repairs. New siding not only improves your home’s appearance but also protects it from the elements and can increase energy efficiency.
The best siding depends on your budget, maintenance preferences, and desired appearance.
We’ll help homeowners choose the best option based on their home and goals.
Yes. New siding, especially when paired with quality house wrap or insulated backing, can reduce drafts, improve insulation, and help your home stay warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
The lifespan depends on the material. Vinyl siding commonly lasts 25–40 years, while fibre cement, cedar, and other premium products can last even longer with proper maintenance. We install quality products designed to perform in Ontario’s climate.
Common signs include drafts, difficulty opening or closing, condensation between glass panes, water leaks, rotting frames, or rising energy bills. Replacing older windows and doors improves comfort, efficiency, security, and curb appeal.
Modern energy-efficient windows help reduce heat loss in the winter, keep your home cooler in the summer, minimize drafts, reduce outside noise, and may lower your heating and cooling costs. Features such as Low-E glass and double or triple-pane glazing provide improved insulation.
If your windows are drafty, difficult to operate, have condensation between the panes, show signs of rot, or no longer seal properly, it may be time to replace them. New windows can improve comfort, appearance, and energy efficiency.
Yes. We professionally install both windows and exterior doors. Whether you’re replacing one window or upgrading your entire home, we’ll help you choose products that improve your home’s appearance, efficiency, and long-term performance.
No. While leaf guards significantly reduce the amount of leaves and debris entering your eavestroughs, they don’t eliminate maintenance completely. Your system should still be inspected occasionally to ensure everything continues to drain properly.
We install Alu-Rex T-Rex® and Alu-Rex DoublePro® leaf guard systems. Both are premium aluminum products designed to improve water flow, strengthen the eavestrough system, and reduce debris buildup while maintaining a clean appearance.
Yes. Leaf guards help reduce maintenance, minimize clogs, improve water flow, and protect your eavestrough system from unnecessary wear. They’re especially beneficial for homes with nearby trees and can save homeowners time and money over the long term.
